Today I try to sync contacts between symbian E63 and Gmail again, and found the sync tool of symbian system can do it well.
Please note that this way doesn’t require mail for exchange client of Nokia, which is not pre-installed for many machines such as mine and mentioned in many google’s results of syncing contacts.
Do as follows:
- Menu->Tools->Sync
- Options->New profile
- Applications->Contacts->{Yes, contacts, Both ways,}[case sensitive] back
- Connection settings->{1.2, Google, Internet, Always ask, https://m.google.com/syncml, 443, ***@gmail.com, ***,Yes, No, No}[Also case sensitive]back
- Done!
