Omnic 8.0 is desgined imcompatible with windows7. Here is a way of installing it on win7 32-bit.
1.Right click on the autorun ion in the setup folder, choose property.
2.In compatibility tab, check run this program in compatibility mode for windows sever 2003.
3.Install it as you usually do.
When you open iTunes the following message may appear:
“Warning! The registry settings used by the iTunes drivers for importing and burning CDs and DVDs are missing. This can happen as a result of installing other CD burning software. Please reinstall iTunes.”
Attempts to burn CDs may also not complete in iTunes, with the message “Disk Recording not found” flashing in iTunes.

Here is the solution for the problem.
I installed Windows7 64-bit version successfully this afternoon. But when I insert the driver cd lenovo distributed together with this keyboard to the cd-drive, I found it didn’t contain driver for 64-bit windows at all.
I googled several times and found no useful web pages.So I write this post to be googled by people who may seek for official driver.
I found driver on http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?sitestyle=lenovo&lndocid=MIGR-73235 , you can click to download it.
1、http://Cygwin.com，下载Cygwin。
2、在线安装，选择NET-SSH+SSL。
3、用鼠标右键单击我的电脑 –>属性 –>>高级 –>>环境变量，
A．在系统变量框中新建变量名为：CYGWIN，变量值为：ntsec tty 的变量。
B．编辑path变量，在原变量值后加上以分号分隔的C:\Cygwin\bin字符串。 continue reading…
